Conference Presenters for the 37th Annual “A Day for Writers” include authors

Rachel Weaver and John Cotter

John Cotter  is the author of the novel Under the Small Lights. John’s session will address From Another Point Of View: We all know the difference between 1st, 2nd , and 3rd person, but there are more different shades of 3rd than we can fit on a color wheel.

Rachel is on faculty at Regis University’s MFA program and was the recipient of the 2017 Lighthouse Writers Workshop Beacon Award for Teaching Excellence. Rachel will present Revising Efficiently-Some Techniques to Save Time: You’ve been writing furiously for months (or years) and that glorious day comes when you write the last sentence. You’ve finished your first draft, you go out to celebrate, the next day comes and you begin to wonder, now what?
